港股异动 | 旭辉控股集团(00884)涨超7%领涨内房股 头部房企积极行动 政策加码助力楼市企稳
内房股普遍走高，截至发稿，旭辉控股集团(00884)涨7.02%，报0.305港元；龙湖集团(00960)涨5.89%，报10.06港元；富力地产(02777)涨4.04%，报1.03港元；万科企业(02202)涨2.8%，报5.87港元。
消息面上，房地产行业近期利好消息频传。3月11日，万科一笔发行规模6.3亿美元的中期票据到期，相关偿债资金在3月8日已到位。龙湖集团则提前9个月兑付了两只CMBS产品“20天祥优”、“20天祥次”，涉及总规模46.1亿元。此外，融创中国也在近日发布了全国多地复工的消息。
易居院总监严跃进表示，在修复预期和信心的过程中，房企们仍需面临诸多挑战，如市场需求的不稳定、资金压力大等，但随着头部房企的积极行动和政策的逐步放宽，房地产行业有望迎来新的“增长期”。近期房企项目“白名单”持续扩容，随着政策支持力度的加大，房企融资支持仍在继续，将标本兼治化解房地产风险。
