餐饮股早盘表现强势，截至发稿，海底捞(06862)涨9.26%，报16.04港元；呷哺呷哺(00520)涨8.39%，报1.68港元；海伦司(09869)涨7.21%，报3.27港元；九毛九(09922)涨4.71%，报5.56港元；奈雪的茶(02150)涨3.55%，报3.21港元。
上海证券指出，2023年以来，伴随餐饮市场的强势回暖，头部餐饮企业开放加盟趋势愈加明显，不少品牌选择开放加盟扩充市场。餐饮行业回暖趋势强劲，连锁化进程不断加快。海底捞顺应餐饮市场加盟潮，扩大品牌影响力，有助于其增强营运能力，引入更多优质资源，提升营运效率，助力未来持续下沉扩张。建议关注海底捞、九毛九。
华福证券指出，餐饮行业呈现强劲复苏势头，春节假期带动火爆商圈消费，下沉市场崛起激发增长新动能，内卷加剧的当下，数字化转型和供应链优化成为关键。东方证券则表示，短中期角度建议关注盈利修复可观、经营效率良好的正餐休闲餐龙头；长期成长性角度，建议关注赛道发展潜力及公司所处阶段，建议同时关注饮品、酒馆类龙头及其模式改革近况。
