中国电信(00728)：国盾量子(688027.SH)拟向中电信量子集团定增募资约19.03亿元
智通财经APP讯，中国电信(00728)发布公告，于2024年3月11日，中电信量子集团(公司的全资子公司)与目标公司(科大国盾量子技术股份有限公司)订立股份认购协议，据此，目标公司将向中电信量子集团定向发行，且中电信量子集团同意认购相当于本次发行前目标公司已发行的股份总数30%的人民币普通股股份。本次认购完成后，中电信量子集团对目标公司的持股比例约为23.08%。
科大国盾量子技术股份有限公司是于上交所上市的股份有限公司(股票简称：国盾量子，股票代码：688027)，主要业务分为量子保密通信产品及相关技术服务、量子计算、量子测量三大板块。
中电信量子集团于本次发行中对于新发行股份的总认购价格应为每股发行价格乘以股份发行数量，约人民币19.03亿元。本次认购乃经过公平谈判，且将促进公司在量子科技领域的专业化整合和前瞻性布局，增强技术和应用创新突破，拓展新兴业务发展空间，培育高质量发展新动能，持续为公司股东创造新的价值。
