维达国际(03331)发布公告，自2024年3月11日起,胡伟已获委任为执行董事及董事会主席;李聪已获委任为非执行董事;及 George Thomas DANTAS(DANTAS先生)已获委任为非执行董事。
于变更主席后，胡先生已成为公司提名委员会成员兼主席，自2024年3月11日起生效。
