华兴资本控股(01911)与华兴新经济人民币四期基金签订和解协议
华兴资本控股(01911)发布公告，于2024年3月11日，公司与华兴新经济人民币四期基金签订和解协议。
根据该协议，公司同意接受以约人民币7.9077亿元受让特殊目的公司(天津华兴丰瑜创业投资合伙企业(有限合伙)及天津华兴丰晔创业投资合伙企业(有限合伙))的全部权益，而特殊目的公司则持有华兴新经济人民币四期基金的相关投资组合权益。华兴新经济人民币四期基金需将该款项用于全数清偿等同金额的未偿投资金额。清偿未偿投资金额后，华兴新经济人民币四期基金将无须支付应计及未付予集团的利息(截至2023年6月30日约为人民币1.168亿元)。该未偿投资金额相当于集团根据华兴新经济人民币四期基金的先行投资安排投资于被投公司而尚未偿还给集团的投资金额。
