健世科技-B(09877)：中国证监会就公司的H股全流通申请发出备案通知书
健世科技-B(09877)发布公告，公司近期代表公司若干股东向中国证券监督管理委员会提交备案申请，内容有关公司实施H股全流通，以将合共1.79亿股公司内资股及非上市外资股转换为公司H股，并将有关股份于联交所上市。公司欣然宣布，公司已收到中国证监会就转换及上市所发出日期为2024年3月7日的《关于宁波健世科技股份有限公司境内未上市股份“全流通”备案通知书》。
于本公告日期，H股全流通以及转换及上市的实施计划详情尚未落实。
