智城发展控股(08268)附属与火山邑动国际控股订立补充贷款协议
智城发展控股(08268)发布公告，于2024年3月11日交易时段后，贷方黄河顾问服务有限公司(公司间接全资附属公司)与借方火山邑动国际控股有限公司订立补充贷款协议，据此，贷方同意重续向借方发放本金额为800万港元的贷款，年利率为12%，须于2025年8月15日偿还。
贷方(为公司间接全资附属公司)为根据《放债人条例》(香港法例第163章)持有有效放债人牌照的注册放债人，主要从事放债服务业务。根据贷款协议向借方发放贷款以及根据补充贷款协议重续贷款为作为集团一般及日常业务活动过程中一部分而进行的交易。贷款乃由集团内部资源拨付。
董事认为，由于贷方已拥有对借方背景的了解、与其建立客户关系并签署法律文件的优势，故与向一名新客户发放新贷款相比，与借方重续贷款的信贷评估程序更简单、更快捷且更具成本效益。
