津上机床中国(01651)授出合共222.5万股奖励股份
津上机床中国(01651)发布公告，于2024年3月11日，董事会根据公司薪酬委员会的推荐意见，议决根据股份奖励计划以零代价向31名股份奖励承授人授出合共222.5万股奖励股份，该等股份为受托人透过动用公司向受托人提供的内部资源从二级市场收购而持有的现有股份，惟须待承授人接纳。
于合共222.5万股奖励股份中，130万股奖励股份授予身为集团关连人士的四名董事及十名雇员，而余下92.5万股奖励股份授予集团其他雇员。
于2023年12月29日至2024年2月2日期间，受托人利用公司向受托人提供的资金在市场上合共购买300.1万股股份(已购股份)，用于股份奖励计划。
公告称，股份奖励计划的目的是认可若干合资格参与者的贡献，并通过他们拥有公司股权及共享集团战略发展成果的机会为合资格参与者提供激励，为集团作出贡献并提高公司及股份的价值，从而使公司及股东整体受益;及为集团的进一步发展挽留人才及吸引合适人才。
