弘海高新资源(00065)发盈警 预计年度将取得约3500万港元税后亏损 同比盈转亏
弘海高新资源(00065)发布公告，集团预计截至2023年12月31日止年度将取得约3500万港元的税后亏损，而截至2022年12月31日止年度则取得约2610万港元的税后盈利。
公告称，预期亏损主要由于(i)确认有关公司间接非全资附属公司订立和解协议的开支约2200万港元;(ii)截至2023年12月31日止年度，添置采矿机器导致折旧开支增加;及 (iii)截至2023年12月31日止年度，并无作出物业、厂房及设备以及无形资产之减值亏损拨回。
