亚证地产(00271)发盈喜 预计年度净纯利约2.6亿港元至2.7亿港元 同比扭亏为盈
亚证地产(00271)发布公告，集团预期于截至2023年12月31日止年度取得的净纯利约2.6亿港元至2.7亿港元，相比截至2022年12月31日止年度的净亏损约4400万港元。集团的财务业绩好转的主要原因为(i)投资物业的公允价值收益，其主要由于2023年收购投资物业的公允价值收益，相比去年投资物业的公允价值亏损;及(ii)于本年度应收贷款及利息的减值亏损拨回，相比去年的减值亏损。
