智勤控股(09913)：中汇获委任为新核数师
智勤控股(09913)发布公告，大华马施云会计师事务所有限公司(大华马施云)因公司与其未能就集团截至2024年3月31日止年度合并财务报表审核的核数费用达成共识而辞任公司核数师，自2024年3月6日起生效。
自2024年3月11日起委任中汇安达会计师事务所有限公司(中汇)为公司新核数师，以填补因大华马施云辞任所产生的临时空缺并将任职至公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。
