中亚烯谷集团(00063)发盈喜 预期2023年度股东应占盈利不超过400万港元 同比扭亏为盈
中亚烯谷集团(00063)发布公告，预期集团截至2023年12月31日止年度取得微薄股东应占盈利不超过400万港元，而截至2022年12月31日止年度则取得股东应占亏损约4700万港元。
公告称，扭亏为盈主要由于投资物业的公允值收益约200万港元，而相对2022年同期则公允值亏损约4600万港元。
