亨泰(00197)：股本重组将于3月6日生效
亨泰(00197)发布公告，法院已于2024年3月1日上午十时正(开曼群岛时间)举行了公司股本削减的呈请聆讯，并于2024年3月1日(开曼群岛时间)，法院作出确认股本削减的颁令，该颁令以及法院批准的会议记录(当中载有公司法所规定有关股本削减的详情)，已于2024年3月5日(开曼群岛时间)向开曼群岛公司注册处处长提交并正式注册。公司进一步宣布，有关股本重组实施的所有其他先决条件均已达成。股本重组将于2024年3月6日(星期三)(香港时间)生效，新股份将于2024年3月6日(星期三)(香港时间)上午九时正开始买卖。
