智云健康(09955)与华润三九的全资子公司华润圣火订立战略合作协议
智云健康(09955)发布公告， 公司于2024年3月5日与华润三九医药股份有限公司(华润三九)的全资子公司昆明华润圣火药业有限公司(华润圣火)订立不具法律约束力的战略合作协议。
华润三九(000999.SZ)是一家大型国有控股医药上市公司，主要从事医药产品的研发、生产、销售及相关健康服务，拥有年销售额过亿医药产品28个。华润圣火于2016年9月成为华润三九的全资子公司，多年来深耕慢病领域。其产品以理洫王®血塞通软胶囊为主，重点关注心脑血管疾病领域和以糖尿病为主的内分泌疾病领域。
根据战略合作协议，集团将成为华润圣火理洫王®血塞通软胶囊产品于该产品核心销售省份医院渠道的总代理，期限为三年。在合作期间，公司将充分依托其数字化能力优势和完善的医院渠道资源，进一步提升理洫王®血塞通软胶囊产品的患者可及性与推广效率，提升产品的品牌力。
董事会认为，战略合作协议为订约方提供宝贵机会利用各自的资源及专业知识，为彼此创造互利及协同效应。因此，董事会认为，签订战略合作协议符合公司及其股东的整体利益。
