百济神州(06160)：项目公司已与张江集团就上海地块在建工程项目签署产权交易合同 涉资5.75亿元
百济神州(06160)公布，公司于 2023 年 8 月 28 日召开董事会审议通过了公司的全资子公司 BeiGene(Hong Kong)Co., Limited (百济神州(香港)生物科技有限公司)与公司的关联方 GaoYue Centurion II Holdings Limited 分别认购公司的全资子公司 BeiGene Shanghai(以下简称“开曼百济神州上海”)新发行的 94 股普通股、5 股普通股，并由开曼百济神州上海的境内全资子公司百济神州(上海)企业发展有限责任公司(以下简称“项目公司”)参与由上海张江(集团)有限公司(以下简称“张江集团”)启动的出售位于上海市的一宗地块及其上建设的在建工程的转让程序的相关事宜。
截至本公告披露日，张江集团持有的张江总部园头部企业及上市公司总部区(B4-02)在建工程项目(以下简称“标的物业”)已在上海联合产权交易所公开挂牌，并按照产权交易规则确定项目公司为标的物业受让方。项目公司近日与张江集团签署了《上海市产权交易合同》。交易价款为人民币5.75亿元(含增值税)。
