云康集团(02325)发盈警 预期2023年业绩同比盈转亏至9000万-1.3亿元
云康集团(02325)公布，该集团预期于2023年取得净亏损约人民币9000万-1.3亿元，而2022年则产生纯利人民币3.739亿元。
公告称，预期业绩盈转亏主要归因于以下原因：报告期内，由于全国阶段性检测筛查需求消退，导致集团整体诊断检测服务收入较去年明显下降。但在不考虑该影响的情况下，报告期内集团常规检测业务实现健康稳步增长;报告期内，集团进一步提升运营及管理能力，加强现金流管理，使经营活动所得现金净额较去年明显改善。但因部分贸易应收款项回款周期较长，集团取得较大金额的减值拨备;及报告期内，随着阶段性检测筛查需求的消退，集团因地制宜精准实施一系列措施及时应对，因消除冗余产生的一次性成本支出导致短期内集团盈利减少。
鉴于该集团未来专注于“深度服务、精益运营”的发展战略，该集团的医疗诊断服务收入有望通过深化集团的服务体系及构建高效的运营体系实现高质量增长。
