金茂源环保(06805)附属就翻新手机订立购买及销售协议以赚取差价获利
金茂源环保(06805)公布，于2024年3月5日，公司间接全资附属公司惠州金泽丰与卖方深圳市南起科技有限公司订立购买协议，惠州金泽丰同意向卖方购买翻新手机，总代价为人民币2005.8万元。
惠州金泽丰亦于2024年3月5日与买方逸峰贸易(广东)有限公司订立销售协议，据此，惠州金泽丰同意向买方出售翻新手机，总代价为人民币2017.8万元。
董事会认为，订立购买协议、销售协议、先前购买协议及先前销售协议会为集团提供开展二手手机买卖业务的良机，使集团能够从买卖翻新手机的差价中获利，并为公司提供可持续及稳定的回报。
