首都创投(02324)：独立非执行董事张伟健获委任为薪酬委员会主席
首都创投(02324)发布公告，李明正退任后，公司仅有两名独立非执行董事及公司审核委员会成员。因此，独立非执行董事的人数低于联交所证券上市规则第3.10(1)条规定的最低人数及审核委员会成员人数亦低于上市规则第3.21条规定的最低人数。公司正在物色合适人选，以在切实可行的情况下尽快填补因李明正退任而产生的独立非执行董事空缺。
独立非执行董事张伟健已获委任为公司薪酬委员会及提名委员会主席，自本公告日期起生效。
