金泰丰国际控股(09689)预计年度股东应占亏损约150万元
金泰丰国际控股(09689)发布公告，除先前公告所披露的原因外，集团预期截至2023年12月31日止年度的公司拥有人应占亏损为约人民币150万元，而先前公告预期的公司拥有人应占溢利为不少于约人民币300万元，主要因为存货跌价拨备增加。
董事会拟强调，上文所载的集团截至2023年12月31日止年度的公司拥有人应占亏损的发生是确认诉讼损失(控股股东将作出弥偿，如公司日期为2024年1月2日刊发的公告所披露);及申请由GEM转往主板上市有关的专业及其他费用后，而该等为一次性及非经营性。
此外，为帮助公司股东及潜在投资者评价集团的经营表现，扣除该等项目的税后影响后，集团截至2023年12月31日止年度的经调整溢利为约人民币2000万元。
