大唐潼金(08299)委任长青为新任核数师
大唐潼金(08299)发布公告，鉴于公司主动委聘具有国际网络的审计公司审核截至2024年3月31日止年度的财务报表，长盈(香港)会计师事务所有限公司已辞任公司核数师职务，自2024年3月5日起生效。
该公司董事会根据审核委员会的建议，决议任命长青(香港)会计师事务所有限公司为公司新任核数师，自2024年3月5日起生效，以填补长盈(香港)辞职后的临时空缺。长青任期直至公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。
