智云健康(09955)发布公告，公司董事会注意到，公司股份出现交易价下跌情况。经作出就公司在有关情况下的一切合理查询后，董事会确认，其并不知悉出现有关波动的任何原因，或任何必须予以公布以避免造成公司证券虚假市场的资料，或任何需要根据证券及期货条例(中国香港法例第571章)第XIVA部予以披露的内幕消息。
董事会确认，公司的业务营运维持良好状态，且管理层团队对公司的长期前景仍然充满信心。公司仍保持在深港通计划及恒生综合指数内。
