HOME CONTROL(01747)发布公告，Alain Perrot因集团职务调动而已退任公司行政总裁职务，并由执行董事调任非执行董事，自2024年4月1日起生效。于是次调任后，Perrot先生将仍为董事会主席及董事会提名委员会成员。
于Perrot先生退任公司行政总裁，以及Perrot先生调任为非执行董事后，董事会欣然宣佈萧国雄获委任为公司执行董事兼行政总裁，自2024年4月1日起生效。
