小摩：“撤辣”对香港楼市有正面作用 但投资者对住宅市场前景仍保持谨慎
摩根大通发表报告指，上周香港财政预算案宣布楼市撤辣，过去几日香港楼市销售有所反应，发展商股价温和上升约1%，反映市场对放宽措施有正面回应，但该行仍然认为，投资者不会对香港住宅市场前景过份乐观，销量及楼价有短暂刺激，但当更多新盘推出，香港楼价可能再度回软。
整体而言，小摩估计香港楼市成交今年增加逾30%，但住宅楼价仍然跌5%至10%，而楼价对于股价的推动作用大过成交量。该行称，香港地产股偏好领展(00823)、长实(01113)、信置(00083)；内房偏好华润置地(01109)、中海外(00688)、保利物业(06049)。
