重庆农村商业银行(03618)拟对重庆机场授信35亿元
重庆农村商业银行(03618)发布公告，经该行第五届董事会第四十次会议审议，同意对重庆机场集团有限公司授信35亿元，授信期限为1年。
公告称，上述关联交易为该行正常业务，定价合理，符合监管要求及该行关联交易管理相关规定，对该行正常经营活动及财务状况无重大影响。
