思派健康(00314)发盈警 预计年度非国际财务报告准则计量经调整亏损同比收窄超过40%
思派健康(00314)发布公告，集团预期，由于集团整体业务的有机增长;作为按公平值计入损益的金融负债的公司可转换可赎回优先股(为向首次公开发售前投资者发行的优先股)的公平值亏损，而公司股份于2022年12月在香港联合交易所有限公司完成上市后的2023财年并无取得任何损益;上市后的2023财年内并无取得上市开支;及于2023财年以股份为基础支付的薪酬减少，与2022年的年内经调整亏损(非国际财务报告准则计量)约人民币2.59亿元及年内亏损约人民币13.72亿元相比，截至2023年12月31日止12个月的经调整亏损(非国际财务报告准则计量)及年内亏损均可能收窄分别超过40%及80%。
