港股异动 | 思考乐教育(01769)涨超9% 公司全年盈喜调后净利1亿 近期发布股权激励
思考乐教育(01769)再涨超9%，2月至今股价实现翻倍。截至发稿，涨6.36%，报5.02港元，成交额6299.44万港元。
消息面上，思考乐教育发布盈喜，预计2023年度净利润不少于8000万人民币，相较上年度增长不少于47%；预计经调整净利润不少于人民币1亿元，同比增加约83.8%。此外，公司发布购股权计划，拟发售1667万股购股权，行权价为4.48港元。
天风证券表示，思考乐近年积极业务转型，自2021年秋推出多种非学科素养课程，取得可喜成果。此外探索新机遇，推出游学及国际课程等。公司相信新业务措施将扩阔收益基础，为长远发展带来贡献。该行认为，目前产业或仍处底部区间，关注供给收缩及供给限制大背景下的发展大周期。公司在近期大幅上涨后发布股权激励，充分体现对于未来发展的强劲信心，也是上市平台更好实现员工激励的充分体现。
