第一太平(00142)在菲律宾共同开发综合液化天然气设施
第一太平(00142)发布公告，于2024年3月4日，Manila Electric Company(Meralco)(一间其股份在菲律宾证券交易所上市的公司，并为集团的联营公司)在其新闻稿内公布，于2024年3月1日，Meralco PowerGen Corporation(MGen，其为Meralco的全资附属公司，并为集团的联营公司)与 Aboitiz Power Corporation(AP)已协定透过彼等按60%:40%的比例持有的合营公司Chromite Gas Holdings, Inc.共同投资于San Miguel Global Power Holdings Corp.
