金隅集团(02009)基础设施不动产投资信托基金公募REITs已向证监会及上交所正式提交申请材料
金隅集团(02009)发布公告，该公司于2022年8月29日召开的第六届董事会第十七次会议，审议通过了《关于公司以金隅智造工场产权一期等有关资产发行基础设施不动产投资信托基金(公募REITs)的议案》，同意公司开展金隅智造工场产权一期等有关资产发行基础设施不动产投资信托基金公募REITs(以下简称：本项目)申报发行工作。
公告称，本项目已于2024年3月1日向中国证监会和上海证券交易所正式提交申请材料。本项目申报发行结果以相关监管机构的审批或注册结果为准。
