金隅集团(02009)拟分拆公募REITs基金并于上交所独立上市
金隅集团(02009)发布公告，于2024年3月1日，华夏基金管理有限公司及中信证券股份有限公司向中国证监会及上海证券交易所提交(其中包括)有关公募REITs注册及上市的申请材料。
公司拟选择位于北京市海淀区西三旗金隅智造工场产业园的标的资产作为发行公募REITs的标的资产。
公司已就建议分拆向联交所提交第15号应用指引申请。联交所已确认公司可进行建议分拆。此外，公司亦已申请，且联交所已授出豁免严格遵守上市规则第15号应用指引第3(f)段的规定。
经考虑公募REITs的预计发售价及将发行的单位数目，建议分拆将募集的所得款项将约为人民币15.31亿元。建议分拆将使得公司透过创新资本运作模式，提升公司资本市场影响力及拓宽投融资管道，盘活基础设施存量资产。
