恒宇集团(02448.HK)拟"20合1"并股后按"1供4"进行供股
格隆汇3月1日丨恒宇集团(02448.HK)公告，董事会建议向股东提呈股份合并建议，当中涉及将每二十(20)股每股面值0.01港元已发行及未发行现有股份合并为一(1)股每股面值0.20港元合并股份。股份合并须待(其中包括)股东于股东特别大会上以普通决议案方式批准后，方可作实。目前，股份以每手买卖单位2,500股于联交所进行买卖。待股份合并生效后，买卖合并股份每手买卖单位将仍为2,500股合并股份。
公司建议，待增加法定股本及股份合并生效后，以供股形式透过按认购价每股供股股份0.034港元(或于股份合并生效后每股合并股份0.68港元)按于记录日期每持有一(1)股合并股份获发四(4)股供股股份的基准发行最多232,128,000股合并股份(假设于记录日期或前并无进一步发行或购回股份)筹集最多约1.58亿港元(扣除开支前)所得款项总额。
