看好公司发展前景 中国金茂(00817)控股股东拟增持不超过2亿港元股份
中国金茂(00817)公布，董事会于近期获公司控股股东中化香港(集团)有限公司(中化香港)通知，为彰显对公司未来发展的信心及对公司股票长期投资价值的认可，中化香港计划在公司完成公布截至2023年12月31日止年度业绩公告之日次日起计约3个月内，在公开市场以其自筹资金收购增持公司股票，预计总金额不超过港币2亿元。
于本公告日期，中化香港实益拥有公司约50.07亿股普通股，约占公司已发行股份总数的37.09%。根据通知，中化香港将确保不会因增持计划实施而导致中化香港及╱或与其一致行动的人士触发于公司收购及合并守则规则第26.1条下的强制要约责任。
根据公司可得资料及就董事所知和所信，倘增持计划实施，公司仍将维持已发行股份的足够公众持股量。公司将不会参与增持计划，亦不会为增持计划提供任何财务资助。
