银城国际控股(01902)延迟刊发2023年全年业绩 继续停牌
银城国际控股(01902)发布公告，根据上市规则第13.49(1)及13.46(2)(a)条，公司须于不迟于该财政年度结束后三个月(即2024年3月31日)刊发其截至2023年12月31日止年度的初步业绩(2023年全年业绩);及于不迟于该财政年度结束后四个月(即2023年4月30日)向股东寄发其截至2023年12月31日止年度的年报(2023年年报)。
除未决问题外，集团仍在物色新核数师，以填补安永会计师事务所辞任后的临时空缺。因此，有关集团截至2023年12月31日止年度财务报表的审计工作尚未开始，预计公司将无法在上市规则规定的时限内刊发2023年全年业绩及寄发2023年年报。
截至本公告日期，尽管公司股份暂停买卖，但集团业务营运在所有重大方面均如常继续进行。
公司目前正采取一切必要措施解决导致其股份暂停买卖的问题，以及遵守上市规则以使联交所信纳，并将寻求于可行情况下尽快恢复其股份买卖。
此外，公司股份继续停牌。
