知行汽车科技(01274)预计年度全面亏损约1.935亿元，同比收窄约43.5%
知行汽车科技(01274)发布公告，集团预计截至2023年12月31日止年度取得全面亏损约人民币1.935亿元，较截至2022年12月31日止年度的全面亏损约人民币3.424亿元减少约43.5%或约人民币1.489亿元。
董事会认为集团截至2023年12月31日止年度全面亏损减少主要由于公司向首次公开发售前投资者发行普通股股份附带授予的优先权自2022年8月终止，致使截至2023年12月31日止年度未发生按摊销成本计量的附有优先权的金融工具的财务成本，且为公司截至2023年12月31日止年度增加的研发开支部分抵销。
