宜明昂科-B(01541)：田文志获委任为授权代表
宜明昂科-B(01541)发布公告，宋子一已提出辞任公司执行董事及首席财务官，自2024年3月2日起生效，以投放更多时间从事其他商业事务。于宋女士辞任后，根据香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第3.05条，彼亦不再担任公司授权代表。
经考虑董事会提名委员会的推荐建议后，董事会议决提名关梅为公司执行董事。建议委任关女士须待股东于公司应届股东周年大会上以普通决议案形式批准后，方告作实。
公司董事长、首席执行官、首席科学官兼执行董事田文志已获委任为授权代表，自2024年3月2日起生效，以填补宋女士不再担任上述职务后的空缺。
