新股消息 | 百丽时尚赴港IPO 多元品牌扩赛道 品牌+零售双核驱动促增长
2024年3月1日，百丽时尚集团(简称百丽时尚)向港交所递交IPO申请。招股书显示，截至2023年11月30日止九个月，公司营收为161亿元(人民币，下同)，同比增长12.8%；净利润21亿元，同比增长92.7%，净利润率达到12.8%，是业绩期内最高水平。
根据招股书，百丽时尚以19个核心品牌多元化组合扩展赛道，风格及定位涉及时尚流行、功能休闲、运动休闲、潮流活力，价格带覆盖大众到高端，品类覆盖女鞋、男鞋、童鞋、服装和配饰。百丽时尚以消费者为中心，以品牌+零售双核驱动，构建行业领先的全渠道DTC零售模式。根据弗若斯特沙利文的数据，截至2023年11月30日止九个月，百丽时尚拥有超8300家实体直营门店组成的中国最大直营时尚鞋服零售网络;同时，百丽时尚也持续发力线上：收入贡献由截至2017年2月28日止年度的不足7%大幅增加至28%。
