拉夏贝尔(06116)发布公告，自2024年2月1日至2月29日，集团新增诉讼案件2起，新增诉讼涉案金额约人民币72万元。
2024年2月1日至2月29日，在公司已披露的累计涉及诉讼案件中，有1起诉讼案件经法院二审判决，涉及金额合计为人民币0万元(该案为商标转让合同纠纷，此前经法院一审判决，但案涉第三人提出上诉)。
截至2024年2月29日，集团累计涉及未审结/未调解诉讼案件10起(其中，集团为原告案件7起，集团为被告案件3起)，未决诉讼案件涉案金额约为人民币4270万元(其中，集团为原告案件涉案金额约人民币976万元，集团为被告涉案金额约人民币3294万元)。
截至2024年2月29日，集团共计92个银行账户被冻结，被冻结银行账户的冻结金额约为人民币752万元。
