帝王实业控股(01950)：黄家昇获委任为公司秘书
帝王实业控股(01950)发布公告，陈铭基已辞任公司秘书，并且将不再担任香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第3.05条项下公司授权代表之一以及根据香港法例第622章公司条例第16部规定代表公司于香港接收法律程序文件及通知之授权代表，自2024年3月1日起生效。
黄家昇已获委任为公司秘书、就上市规则而言之授权代表之一以及根据香港法例第622章公司条例第16部规定代表公司于香港接收法律程序文件及通知之授权代表，自2024年3月1日起生效。黄先生符合上市规则第3.28条项下之公司秘书资格要求。
