MI能源(01555)：2023年末2P油气储量的税前净现值(NPV10)约为2.92亿美元
MI能源(01555)发布公告，独立顾问已完成2023年末的油气储量的评估。该等评估根据SPE/WPC/AAPG/SPEE石油资源管理系统(SPE-PRMS)所订标准进行，由石油工程师学会(Society of Petroleum Engineers,SPE)辖下的油气储量委员会(Oil and Gas Reserves Committee)编制、世界石油理事会(World Petroleum Council,WPC)、美国石油地质学家协会(American Association of Petroleum Geologists,AAPG)及石油评估工程师学会(Society of Petroleum Evaluation Engineers,SPEE)审阅及共同赞助。就其性质而言，储量属前瞻性估计，可能会有所变更及修订。
储量顾问Ryder Scott Company出具了中国油气田资产的报告。
公司于2022年1月20日签订了买卖协议，根据该协议(除其他事项外)公司有条件地同意向买方出售Palaeontol B.V.40%的权益，对价为5500万美元。该出售于2023年10月11日交割完成。出售事项完成后，公司不再直接或间接持有Palaeontol B.V.及Emir-Oil LLP的任何股份或其他权益。
上述出售以及大安油田的当年的原油产出等综合原因所致，2023年末集团净的净探明(1P)原油储量下降至503万桶，净探明+概算(2P)原油储量下降至902万桶，净探明+概算+可能(3P)原油储量下降至1175万桶。
根据独立顾问评估的结果，若按照10%贴现率进行计算，集团于2023年末2P油气储量的税前净现值(NPV10)约为2.92亿美元。
