MI能源(01555)发盈警 预计年度净亏损约为1.47亿元至1.67亿元 同比盈转亏
MI能源(01555)发布公告，预期集团截至2023年12月31日止年度取得归属于公司所有者合并净亏损约为人民币1.47亿元至人民币1.67亿元，而截至2022年12月31日止年度同期归属于公司所有者合并净利润约为人民币23.788亿元。
公告称，预期由净利润转为净亏损主要归因于以下主要因素：(i)于2022年度完成债务重组计划后，2022年度确认的债务重组计划收益约人民币25.309亿元，为一次性收益，在2023年度不再确认;(ii)由于平均实现油价及集团原油净销量的下降而导致原油销售净收入减少;及(iii)由应计利息费用减少而导致的财务费用降低，该利息费用在债务重组计划完成后亦被推迟支付。
