兴证国际(06058)附属CISI Investment认购700万美元债券
兴证国际(06058)公布，公司间接全资附属公司CISI Investment于2024年2月29日经牵头经办人认购发行人晋江市路桥建设开发有限公司发售的债券，有关指令已于2024年2月29日(交易时段后)获确认，及CISI Investment获分配认购总额为700万美元的债券，代价为700万美元(相当于约5495万港元)，不包括交易成本。债券固定年利率6.35%。
