香港华人有限公司(00655)发布公告，预期集团于截至2023年12月31日止年度可能取得所占合营企业的溢利不少于1亿港元，而截至2022年12月31日止年度则取得所占溢利约5.5亿港元。该减少主要由于合营企业来自其按权益法入账的投资对象的溢利贡献减少所致。
预期集团于本年度可能取得的公司股东应占综合溢利不少于1亿港元，而上一年度则取得综合溢利4.89亿港元。该变动主要由于上述所占合营企业的溢利减少所致。
