融科控股(02323)：至卓澳门尚未收到美国或澳门法律顾问的回应
融科控股(02323)发布公告，至卓澳门向美国佛罗里达州地区上诉法院就有关至卓澳门向CTX提出申索作出的判决提出上诉。上诉其后被驳回，上诉法院于2024年1月26日发出命令，批准驳回上诉。
至卓澳门已委聘美国及澳门法律顾问，就(其中包括)(i) CTX可能在澳门执行美国法院判决的程序事宜及时限;及(ii)倘CTX在澳门对至卓澳门执行判决，判决对集团其他成员公司的影响提供意见。于本公告日期，至卓澳门尚未收到美国或澳门法律顾问的回应。
至卓澳门为公司间接全资附属公司，主要从事销售印刷电路板及处理集团印刷电路板业务的发票业务。鉴于至卓澳门并无拥有任何重大资产，亦无为集团带来任何有意义的溢利，在听取上述美国及澳门法律顾问的意见后，董事认为判决及命令将不会对集团的业务营运及财务状况造成任何重大不利影响。
