中国光大绿色环保(01257)发盈警 预计2023年度股东应占亏损不少于3亿港元 同比盈转亏
中国光大绿色环保(01257)发布公告，公司预计，集团截至2023年12月31日止年度有机会取得不少于3亿港元的公司权益股东应占亏损，主要因无形资产、物业、厂房及设备、使用权资产、应收账款以及合约资产耗损亏损(经计及任何税务影响)共不少于5.7亿港元。截至2022年12月31日止年度，公司权益股东应占盈利约为3.4亿港元，商誉及物业、厂房及设备耗损亏损(经计及任何税务影响)及应收账款及合约资产耗损亏损分别约为2200万港元及1.1亿港元。
无形资产、物业、厂房及设备以及使用权资产耗损亏损主要因为国内危废及固废处置市场持续量价齐跌，公司部份项目经营亏损状况仍在延续。另外，应收账款及合约资产耗损亏损主要因为未能及时收取应收政府上网可再生能源电价补贴所致。
