上一节我们具体聊到了2005年第一次汇改，本节我们继续深入，了解人民币第二次汇改的宏观背景与影响。
2015年人民币二次汇改的大背景是美元所导致的。美国此前进行了三轮量化宽松，2014年结束后美国经济回升，美元开始筹划加息，耶伦上台，更换了联储主席。
当时欧元在搞量化宽松，所以2013-2014年欧元贬值，欧元对美元贬了20%，美元指数上涨20%，而人民币没有动，这段时间还升值。2012年十七大之后，大国复苏，提出了“强国要有强货币”的口号，人民币就开始升值。
最高领导层对于汇率升值有较强的个人认知，在主政初期希望看到人民币升值，因此在2012-2014年，当全球货币都在贬值的时候，人民币有一波猛烈的升值，此时的失衡局面相当于人民币对其他非美货币升值20-25%的水平......
