大摩：予新意网集团(01686)“增持”评级 目标价降至3.5港元
大摩发布报告称，略微下调新意网集团(01686)目标价2.7%，从3.6港元降至3.5港元，评级“增持”。考虑到该公司2024财年度上半年业绩后，该行将2024-2026年6月底止财年收入预测分别下调2.8%、3.7%和2.9%。由于新数据中心的推出，对该公司2024和2025财年度EBITDA预测大幅削减2.6%和1.6%，随着数据中心利用率的提高，2026财年的EBITDA预测则上调0.7%。
