南戈壁(01878)早盘跌超9%，截至发稿，跌8.71%，报5.45港元，成交额2150.2万港元。
消息面上，南戈壁发布公告，2月22日，SGS收到蒙古税务局通知，蒙古税务局预期将于2024年3月7日开展重新评估流程。公司管理层正在评估TDRC的通知所带来的影响。蒙古税务局在重新评估流程后所作出的任何决定未必是最终结论，原因是公司保留根据蒙古法律对该决定提出上诉的权利。因此，解决审计的实际时间或会延长。
据悉，2023年7月18日，公司蒙古全资附属公司SGS收到蒙古税务局发出的通知。根据审计结果，蒙古税务局通知SGS，彼等将对SGS处以金额约7500万美元税务罚款。SGS已向蒙古税务局提交有关该审计的上诉函，TDRC此前要求暂停2023年7月18日通知所载的审计评估，并发还蒙古税务局进行重新审查及评估。
