乐华娱乐(02306)大涨超13%，截至发稿，涨13.33%，报1.02港元，成交额952万港元。
消息面上，乐华娱乐日前发布公告，于2024年2月23日，公司与北京元隆雅图文化传播股份有限公司(元隆雅图)订立战略合作协议。
根据战略合作协议，元隆雅图与集团将开展多元化合作，涉及(其中包括)IP及IP衍生品开发合作、销售及营销渠道合作、IP及品牌管理和广告营销合作以及开发元宇宙数字化产品及服务相关的合作。
公告称，战略合作协议为双方提供一个宝贵机会，双方可利用各自资源及专长，实现互利共赢及为彼此创造协同效应。因此，董事会认为，订立战略合作协议符合公司及其股东的整体利益。
