医渡科技(02158)拟进行股份购回
医渡科技(02158)发布公告，公司可根据公司股东于2023年9月28日举行的股东周年大会上授予的购回授权，于合适的市况下于市场上购回公司已发行普通股。根据股份购回授权，公司获准购回的股份上限为1.05亿股，占2023年股东周年大会当日股份总数的10%。
董事会对公司的未来发展前景充满信心并认可公司价值，为保护投资者合法权益，增强投资者信心，结合公司营运、财务状况及发展战略，公司拟进行建议股份购回。建议股份购回将由公司的内部现金资源拨付。董事会相信，公司目前的财务及业务状况良好，公司有足够的的财务资源进行建议股份购回，同时为集团业务快速增长维持足够的营运资金。董事会认为，建议股份购回反映了公司对其业务长期前景的信心。
