新股公告|泓基集团(02535)2月29日-3月5日招股 预计3月8日上市
泓基集团(02535)于2024年2月29日-2024年3月5日招股，拟全球发售5亿股，公开发售占约10%，配售占90%，另有15%超额配股权。每股发售股份0.25港元-0.27港元，每手1万股，预期股份将于2024年3月8日上市。
据悉，该公司为一间中国香港钢结构工程承造商，专注于为中国香港建造项目供应、制造及安装结构钢。该公司成立于1999年，自此以分包商身份承接钢结构工程。该公司在中国东莞拥有两项生产设施，并拥有根据客户规格加工及制造结构钢的内部能力。目前该公司所有结构钢产能均用于满足自身项目需求。根据行业报告，按2022年收益计，该集团在中国香港钢结构工程行业排名第三，于2022年的市场份额约为3.4%。
假设发售价为每股发售股份0.26港元，及超额配股权未获行使，估计股份发售所得款项净额约为9600万港元。其中，约61.5%将用于为该公司项目的前期成本提供资金。约36.4%将用于在中国东莞或其附近收购一幅地块，并建立一个总建筑面积约1.6万平方米及最大年产能约6600吨的新生产设施。约2.1%将用于透过招聘三名项目经理及一名工程师进一步扩大及加强人手。
