华科智能投资(01140)：欺诈性APP并非由公司推出或运营 已向香港警务处报案
华科智能投资(01140)发布公告，该公司董事会留意到，一款名为“华科智能线上投融APP”的线上应用程序(欺诈性APP)声称其为由公司推出及运营的官方线上应用程序。欺诈性APP 声称向投资者提供投融资服务，涉嫌从事非法集资活动。公司对该事宜的后续调查显示，该欺诈性APP于2023年10月推出。
董事会谨此强调，欺诈性APP并非由公司推出或运营，且公司与欺诈性APP概不存在任何关连或以其他方式与之相关。
公司重视此事，并已向香港警务处报案。公司正委任中国律师就在中国采取的措施提供建议(包括向有关当局报告)。公司亦于其网站上刊发欺诈性线上应用程序警示。
